A 104-square-metre log house hidden at the end of a private forest road in Ochotnica. On one side, silence and a wall of forest; on the other, a large sunny terrace with a year-round hot tub. Inside, bright interiors, soft fabrics and wood from floor to ceiling – an interior where from the moment you step in, you slow down and find it easier to disconnect from everyday life.

This is a place for families with children, groups of friends and couples who want to escape the city for a while. Children have their own playroom full of toys, adults have a comfortable living room with an electric fireplace, a large table and a well-equipped kitchen. When needed, you can also work: upstairs awaits a desk with a monitor and fast internet. The rest is just forest walks, bubble baths and long evenings on the terrace.

And around the cabin begins the real mountain terrain: stepping out from the terrace, you immediately enter forest paths leading through hills and meadows above Ochotnica. Within a short drive are trails in the Gorce Mountains, panoramas from Turbacz, Lake Czorsztyn and kayaking and rafting trips down the Dunajec Gorge. It is an excellent base for hiking, cycling, skiing and water trips – but also a place where you do not need to move at all to feel the mountains really close.
